We knew we were doing something right when our customers started to include us on their postcard list. More recently, with our move into serious outdoor wear, the cards have turned into photographs with our carrier bags prominently featured. Up mountains, crossing dams or sheltering in the world’s toughest deserts, the Jacks ‘carrier’ is rapidly building a reputation as the expedition essential. Supplied free at the time of purchase, our distinctive blue and white holdalls have gone global, as our photographs below show. We love to receive your photographs, read the letters and e-mails that go with them, and hear the full story on your return. It is feedback like this that makes the Jacks service so special. It’s impossible for us to try out every item we sell ourselves, so your 'product reviews' provide important knowledge that we are happy to share with our customers.
